The CAP Barbell 12-Sided Rubber Olympic Grip Weight Plates are one of the best, most essential and flexible gym training equipment used to perform various types of exercise routines. Made of solid cast iron and coated in a black rubber finish ensure a durable product that wont damage your equipment or floors. The 12-sided design prevents the weights from rolling away after setting them down, decreasing the risk of injury. The 3-hole grip design (on 25 lbs and heavier) allows for easy handling when loading and unloading weights. The machined center hole provides a standardized product that will accommodate any Olympic bar (with a 2-inch sleeve diameter). The raised numbers help to easily identify each weight size. Weight plates are versatile and can be used for strength training and endurance training, while also helping to increase flexibility and balance. A single weight plate can also be used for warm-up exercises. These weights are available in 2.5, 5, 10, 25, 35 and 45 lbs. Each weight sold separately.
