Weight plates are versatile and can be used for strength training and endurance training, while also helping to increase flexibility and balance. A single weight plate can also be used for warm up exercises. These weights are available in 2.5, 5, 10, 25, 35, 45 and 100 lbs. These weights fit on Olympic, 2 inch bars. Each sold separately.
