Our 8 plait rope anchor rodes are designed for Lewmar windlasses and boats 35-40. Boaters like the 50% more line that the plait rope offers in the locker than 3-strand rope. It wont kink and is more absorbent than 3-strand rope which means more weight for a better fall into the anchor locker.The chain is welded for strength and has a 5670 lbs. breaking strength. The G4 high test chain includes a shackle and the strength matches your Lewmar windlass gypsy. It has a 1/2" line diameter, line length of 300 and a 15 long chain, all to make sure your anchor will work as efficiently as possible for many boating seasons.
