These Arms extend 15.5" from your rack uprights to hold or catch your barbell while you're working out! These Safety Arms are layered with thick, UHMW plastic bolted in place to protect your barbell from metal-on-metal contact. This means you can easily clear the J Cups for your lift and set yourself up for a comfortable squat or press; and then, if you need to bail, you can do so without wincing! These arms are a must have for serious lifters who want to test their limits safely AND keep their bar safe from damage, too. The Safety Arms are black powder-coated steel and can hold up to 750lbs.
