Aftermarket TaylorMade R15 Tour Model sleeve adapter with a 1.5A adjustment for 0.335 shafts. Works for drivers / fairway woods and allows for 7 standard and 5 upright loft and lie settings for a total of 12. Includes ferrule, but does not include bolt or retainer washer.
