Made with a careful selection of waxes that come together in a creamy emulsion of bicycle lubricant, this lube for bikes has a modified congealing point that enables it to lubricate at low temperatures, keeping your chain quiet and clean for longer. When applied to the chain, the bicycle lube dries, leaving an adherent microfilm of wax that is dry & water-repelling. The chain wax lube stays clean in all conditions & forms no grinding paste.
How To Use:
For first-time use, completely degrease all lubricants from the chain, rinse with clean water and let dry. For application, shake the cycling lube bottle before applying it to the inside of a dry chain while turning the cranks. Repeat twice and let dry in between coats. Do not wipe off. Allow the chain lube wax to dry off before taking your bike out for a spin, especially in wet weather conditions. Do not degrease again. To enable the water carrier in SLT to evaporate and not freeze on the chain in low temperatures, apply indoors at a warmer temperature and allow it to dry completely, preferably overnight.
