Damaged Goods Policy

At Onlinesportsmall, we understand that sometimes products may get damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you can return it within the specified time window. We strive to resolve such issues as quickly as possible, and we ask that you follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth resolution:

1. Report the Damage Promptly:
   You must contact our Customer Service (CS) team about receiving a damaged product within 36 hours of product delivery. (Damages/defects reported after 7 days will not be covered.)

2. Late Damage Reports:
   If the product damage is not reported within the specified time frame, obtaining a replacement or exchange may not be possible.

3. Do Not Discard the Damaged Item or Packaging:
   Please keep the damaged product and its packaging until the issue is resolved.

4. Provide Photographic Proof:
   Photographs showing the damage, along with part numbers and descriptions that require replacement, will be required to substantiate the damage claim.

5. Shipping Costs:
   You will not be responsible for shipping costs for returning or replacing the damaged item, or any related items in the order.

6. Processing Time:
   The time it takes to resolve the issue may depend on the shipping carrier, which could take up to 7 business days.

7. Credit Issuance:
   A credit will be issued where necessary.

8. Product Odor:
   Product odor is not considered a defect. Returns based on this reason will follow the standard return policy.

9. Buyer's Remorse:
   In the event of buyer’s remorse (i.e., regret after the purchase), the request for a replacement may be denied. The customer may also be responsible for the return shipping cost and a restocking fee.

Final Decision Authority:

Onlinesportsmall will be the sole adjudicator in matters related to credit claims or replacement for normal or defective/damaged goods.
