At onlinesportsmall, we aim to make your return process as seamless as possible. Please follow the steps below for a smooth return experience.

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests will be accepted within 2 hours of placing the order.

After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as the order may already be in processing or dispatched. In such cases, additional charges may apply for any attempt to intercept, halt, or return the shipment.

If the order has shipped, it will fall under our standard Return & Refund Policy.

Return Conditions

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, you can request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 15 days of receiving your item.

• Return Authorization (RA) number: Must be obtained before returning the product. Returns without a valid RA number will not be processed and may incur an additional fee.

• The RA number expires in 7 days, so we recommend returning the product promptly to avoid delays.

• If your product does not have any defects or damages but you wish to return it, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.

Refund Criteria

To ensure a smooth refund process, please follow these guidelines when returning your product:

• The product must be returned in its original packaging and securely shipped.

• The item should be free of damage such as scratches, dents, cracks, or any signs of tampering (e.g., missing screws or seals).

• If the product has security seals, they must remain intact.

Note: The return processing may take up to 15 business days from when the product is received.

Defective or Missing Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if parts are missing, we will resolve the issue by:

• Replacing the affected units.

• Issuing partial credit for the missing or damaged items.

Note: No additional credit will be issued for replaced products.
