Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. After that, your order enters processing and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately at support@onlinesportsmall.com or call +1 (832) 344-5453 if you need to make a change — we'll do our best to help before it ships.

Q: Is it safe to enter my payment information on your website? Yes. Online Sports Mall uses Shopify's secure checkout platform with SSL encryption. We never store your full credit card details. All transactions are processed through PCI-compliant payment gateways.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All prices are in USD.

Q: Do you offer buy now, pay later options? Yes. Shop Pay Installments is available at checkout, allowing you to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments.

Q: Will I receive an order confirmation? Yes. A confirmation email is sent to your registered email address immediately after your order is placed. If you don't see it within 15 minutes, check your spam or junk folder.


SHIPPING

Q: Does Online Sports Mall offer free shipping? Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 to the contiguous United States. Orders below $75 are subject to standard shipping rates calculated at checkout.

Q: How long does it take to process and deliver my order? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 4–8 business days depending on your location.

Q: Do you ship to all US states? We ship to all 48 contiguous US states. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may be available at additional cost — rates are calculated at checkout.

Q: Do you offer expedited or express shipping? Yes. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Rates and delivery windows are displayed during the checkout process based on your delivery address.

Q: Will I receive tracking information for my order? Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your delivery in real time.

Q: What happens if my order is delayed? Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high volume periods. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, contact us at support@onlinesportsmall.com and we will investigate immediately.

Q: Why does my order show shipping calculated at checkout? Some products in our catalog are fulfilled through supplier partners. For these items, shipping cost is calculated based on your location and displayed at checkout before you pay — you will never be surprised with unexpected charges.

Q: Do you ship internationally? Currently we ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

Q: What is Online Sports Mall's return policy? We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Returns outside this window will not be accepted.

Q: Is return shipping free? It depends on the reason for return. Damaged items, defective products, and wrong items received are eligible for free return shipping. Change-of-mind returns are at the customer's expense and subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Q: How long does a refund take to process? Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add an additional 2–5 business days depending on your financial institution.

Q: I received the wrong item. What do I do? We sincerely apologize. Contact us within 15 days of delivery at support@onlinesportsmall.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will arrange free return shipping and send the correct item or issue a full refund — your choice.

Q: My item arrived damaged. What should I do? Take photos of the damaged item and packaging and email them to support@onlinesportsmall.com within 15 days of delivery along with your order number. We will arrange free return shipping and either replace the item or issue a full refund.

Q: Can I exchange an item for a different size or color? We do not process direct exchanges. To get a different size or color, return the original item following our standard return process and place a new order for the correct variant.

Q: A product I want is out of stock. Will it come back? Popular products are restocked regularly. Use the "Notify Me" feature on the product page to receive an email alert as soon as the item is back in stock.

Q: Are the product images accurate representations of what I will receive? Yes. All product images are sourced from official brand assets or taken of the actual product. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen's display settings.

Q: Do you sell used or refurbished sports equipment? No. Every item we sell is brand new. We do not carry used, refurbished, or open-box products.
