Description
The Bamboostan Cork Trapezoid Yoga Block is a versatile angled brick designed to support your practice across multiple poses and training goals. Its distinctive trapezoid shape offers three usable surfaces at three different heights, functioning as a standard yoga block, an inclined wedge for wrist relief, and an angled handstand prep support all in one piece. The wedge edge reduces wrist extension angle from around 80 to around 45, making Down Dog and Plank far more comfortable for those with wrist sensitivity. The angled surface also gives fingers, wrists, and forearms a firm grip during handstand training, while the flat surface supports seated lifts and standard prop work. Place it under the sacrum or shoulder blades for guided support in deeper backbends. Crafted from 100% natural cork solid through with no coating and no foam it holds firm under full bodyweight. The natural cork texture grips both the floor and your hands, and is naturally moistureresistant. Dimensions are 24 14 9 cm. Available in a pack of 1 or pack of 2. Care is simple: wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap, then allow to fully air dry.
