The 14 inch design offers more resistance options, as resistance can be adjusted by the distance between the finger holes. The 7 inch design is more portable to travel with, so hand therapy can be taken on the go. Resistance may be modified by adjusting the hand position, depth of finger insertion, or by moving to a different resistance (color) web.
