The bars compact design, measuring 1825mm in length, allows it to fit in any home or garage gym. Featuring medium-depth knurling, a 28mm handgrip diameter, and rotating sleeves with bronze bushings, this bar offers a secure, non-slip grip and reduces pressure on the wrists and forearms when going heavy. The sleeves measure 11.5-inches in length, providing ample room to fit your Olympic weights with a 2-inch center hole on the bar. The shaft of this bar measures 45.75-inches between the sleeves (so be sure to measure your equipment to ensure the bar will fit prior to purchasing).
