Use this bench as a key component in dumbbell training routines. Perform a number of upper and lower body exercises while incorporating dumbbell use to hit goals and build / maintain muscle. This bench can also be used as the center piece for core exercises. Great for leg lifts, crunches, twists and more. Add the CAP Barbell FM-905Q Color Series Exercise Rack or FM-8000F Color Series Deluxe Power Rack to color coordinate and customize your home gym (not included).
