The Eagle has been designed with maximum weight in the tips for smooth, accurate throws, larger one inch hooks that are designed to grab an official one inch stake, and a large ringer breaker and smooth inside edge that leads the stake right down to the large hooks for more ringers. For the flip throwers, there is a thumb positioner to help grab the shoe and control the pitch while the low profile of the toe cleat allows for a smooth release. The Eagle is powder coated with a grip finish that allows for more controlled throws and a coating that helps resist corrosion and chipping.
