It features a silicon-coated exterior as well as a PU interior for rugged waterproof protection. Mountainsmith sized the cover for Day, Day EVO, Tour, and Tour EVO packs, but it also fits most of Mountainsmiths 7 - 13L lumbar packs. The Lumbar Raincover also includes a stuff sack for simple storage that separates wet covers from dry gear when the weather turns sunny.
