Description
The yoga blocks are a great tool for a beginner. Using a block can help you get into positions safely and hold poses when you are still developing your flexibility. Helps you get into poses and maintain appropriate posture when you can& rsquo; t quite reach the floor. Provides support and balance to modify more difficult poses and ensures you can practice your poses with proper alignment. Our yoga blocks are odor free even when brand new so you can practice any pose without any nasty and off putting smell. The blocks can be used either vertically or horizontally depending on the height or support needed.
