FAQ About Focus Mitts
What are focus mitts used for?
Focus mitts are used by trainers to help fighters improve their striking technique, accuracy, and power. They provide a target for fighters to hit and allow trainers to guide and correct their movements.
How do I clean my focus mitts?
To clean your focus mitts, wipe them down with a damp cloth after each use. You can also use a mild soap and water solution for more thorough cleaning. Allow the mitts to air dry completely before storing them.
What size focus mitts should I use?
The size of focus mitts depends on the size of the trainer's hands and the type of training being performed. Smaller mitts are generally used for speed and accuracy drills, while larger mitts are used for power training.
How often should I replace my focus mitts?
The lifespan of focus mitts depends on the frequency and intensity of use. If you notice significant wear and tear, such as cracks or tears in the padding, it's time to replace your mitts. Revgear products are built to last.
