All great players start and finish with BALANCE. Balance is essential to playing great golf. If you struggle to get to a consistent finish or if you can't shift your weight properly, it may be due to your trail foot not being stable. This is typical if you SWAY in your backswing.
Every great player begins their downswing with a pressure shift toward the target. Using the ground in the golf swing is one of the keys to creating power and a consistent motion.
